Complex high-precision molds and dies up to 600 × 600 × 600 mm, cutting and measuring tools.
The shop makes complex high-precision molds up to 600 × 600 × 600 mm. The molds are used for pressure die casting of plastics, zinc and aluminium alloys. Every process is supervised by a process engineer.
Three main sections
- Blanking section: production of blanks and rough machining.
- Cutting and measuring tool section: non-standard cutting tools, gauges, templates, jigs.
- Dies and molds section.
Tooling
- Casting tooling: metal permanent molds, patterns and pattern plates, pressure die-casting molds.
- Sheet-stamping tooling: dies for piercing, blanking, coining, drawing.
- Machining tooling: milling fixtures, mandrels, jigs.
- Molds for plastic and rubber parts, injection molds for thermoplastics.
Engineering department
- Development of manufacturing processes.
- CNC machine programs.
- Production planning.
- Design of molds, dies and tooling to our drawings or to the customer's drawings.
