Notice: all information on the website, including product names, descriptions, images, indicative prices and availability, is not a public offer under Article 437(2) of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Final prices and delivery terms are set individually in the contract with a verified wholesale customer.

1. General provisions

These Terms of use (the "Agreement") govern the relations between RafelGrig (the "Company") and the user of rafelgrig.com (the "User"). Using the website means full and unconditional acceptance of this Agreement.

3. Subject of the agreement

The Company gives the User access to rafelgrig.com, a website for wholesale supplies of automotive relays and electrical equipment for cars, buses, tractors and special machinery to companies and individual entrepreneurs.

The website works only with wholesale customers who have registered and passed verification. Current prices, stock and the possibility of placing orders are available to verified users under an individual supply contract. Any data shown to unregistered or unverified users is for information only and is not a public offer.

4. Access to supply terms

  1. Registration — the user creates an account stating the organization's details.
  2. Verification — the Company checks the data, up to 3 business days.
  3. Contract — a verified customer gets access to the personal account where individual terms are agreed: prices, minimum order, delivery and payment.
  4. Work under the contract — orders are placed and tracked in the personal account.

The Company may refuse verification without giving reasons.

5. Prices and availability

All price and stock data that may be shown on the website is indicative and does not constitute an offer. The final price, actual availability, payment and delivery terms are fixed only in the individual supply contract. The Company may change price information without notice.

6. Rights and obligations of the user

The User may: view product information; apply for verification of a wholesale account; after verification, place orders and track their status.

The User undertakes to: provide accurate data; not use the website for unlawful purposes; not reproduce or distribute the website materials without the Company's written consent; not interfere with the website's operation.

7. Requests and enquiries through the website

The User may send an enquiry through the website forms (price request, feedback, order). The data entered are used to contact the User and process the order in accordance with the Privacy policy. Do not send passport data, payment information or other confidential details through the forms.

8. Limitation of liability

The Company is not liable for temporary unavailability of the website for technical reasons, for actions of third parties that cause damage to the User, or for decisions made on the basis of indicative price and stock data shown on the website.

9. Intellectual property

All website materials (texts, images, logos, design) belong to the Company or are used on a lawful basis. Copying or use without written permission is prohibited.

10. Governing law

This Agreement is governed by the law of the Russian Federation. All disputes are resolved under the applicable law.

11. Changes

The Company may amend this Agreement unilaterally. The current version is always available at rafelgrig.com/terms. Continued use of the website means acceptance of the updated Agreement.
