We make complex high-precision molds to order for pressure casting of plastics, zinc and aluminium alloys. The tool shop has high-precision CNC machines; mold size is up to 600 × 600 × 600 mm.
Purpose of molds

Stages of production
- Technical specification: we discuss goals, tasks and details with the customer.
- Mold model: designers develop the model of the future product.
- Manufacturing: the mold is made and hardened in the tool shop.
- Assembly, testing and rework: we run a trial casting and eliminate defects.
